ESMS Female Program caters for all ages from U9's through to First Grade

Female Program is a new and exciting venture for ESMS after experience in coaching Albion Park, Sting Rays, Tarrawanna, Cringila, Coniston and many other female teams! ESMS will be focusing on injury prevention, fitness, technical side to your individual game. Players will be broken into groups based on age and ability.

Skills Training

The Female Program training is aimed to increase the knowledge of your skills with the ball. ESMS spend lots of time showing each player a variety of ways to juggle, dribble, control and maneuver the football.

Confidence, Confidence, More Confidence

Confidence only comes when you know you have done the hard work.

This program will endeavour to push you to your physical limits within your own ability! There is nothing like being pushed physically and feeling yourself get fitter.
Injury prevention exercises will also be a major component to the first 10-15 minutes of every session before the hard work of strength and conditioning.

Overall Improvement In Your Game

Individual training is completely different to your team training. ESMS will focus on your individual strengths, weakness's and aim to grow your own ability - we will not fluff around or sugar coat. Our aim is to use the time we have with you or your child and grow your knowledge, ability and passion for football.
